Pacific Coastal Homes: Custom Homes & Full Renovations for Burnaby
Pacific Coastal Homes has spent 21+ years building custom homes and full renovations from its Richmond base, working throughout the Lower Mainland including Burnaby’s established neighbourhoods.
About Pacific Coastal Homes
Pacific Coastal Homes Ltd. is a Steveston, Richmond-based custom home builder and renovation contractor, founded by Doug Loewen in 2004 after years working as a realtor and then a trade contractor. That hands-on trade background shows in how the company runs a project: one crew, from framing through to finishing, and direct access to Doug throughout. The company has completed more than 200 projects in 21+ years, 80+ new custom homes and 50+ full renovations, and builds “throughout the Lower Mainland” by its own description, with Burnaby among the communities it serves outside of Richmond.
