Bathroom Fan Pros is a specialist ventilation contractor serving BC’s Lower Mainland. We do one thing and do it properly: replacing outdated, noisy and underperforming bathroom exhaust fans with quiet, reliable, high-efficiency Panasonic units. Poor bathroom ventilation is the leading cause of moisture buildup, condensation and mold in Lower Mainland homes, and it is one of the most cost-effective problems to fix. We work with detached homeowners, condo and townhouse owners needing strata-compliant upgrades, strata councils coordinating unit-wide ventilation improvements, property managers with multi-unit buildings, and co-operative housing. Our service area covers Vancouver, Burnaby, Surrey, Richmond, Coquitlam, New Westminster, Delta, Langley, Abbotsford, Chilliwack, Maple Ridge, Mission, West Vancouver
