We’re My Care Matters Health Services, a home care team helping seniors, people living with disabilities, and those with special needs throughout Burnaby and nearby areas. We offer both non-medical and nursing support; everything from personal care and companionship to dementia support, palliative care, medication reminders, recovery help after hospital stays, and overnight care around the clock. Our team brings 30 years of combined nursing and home care experience, and we’re here for you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We also provide care in multiple languages, so your family member can speak with their caregiver using whatever language feels most comfortable.
